Lavender Ingredients: Magnesium Oil (magnesium chloride), Lavender essential oil. 

Unscented Ingredients: Magnesium Oil (magnesium chloride).

This product is made using all-natural ingredients. If you are new to magnesium oil you may experience a tingling, burning, or even itchy sensation when you first try it. This should dissipate over time, however, discontinue if you experience any irritations or breakout to your skin.  

Directions: Apply to clean, dry skin, avoiding eye area. For a restful sleep, apply to bottom of feet, and rub in, cover feet with socks if desired. For muscle tension and soreness, spray oil to affected areas and rub in.
