Ingredient List: Magnesium Oil, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Vegetable Glycerin, Lavender essential oil.
**Vegetable Glycerin is derived from plant oils. It is a natural humectant; it promotes moisture and hydration to your skin.
Directions: Always apply to clean, dry skin. For optional magnesium absorption, apply to the bottom of your feet before bed. Can also be applied to any area to address sore muscles, works great post workout too.
